As the first major update in nearly 5 years, this site is definitely a work in progress, but already contains new functionality and features users should find very helpful in their search for the right property. A few of those features include; an MLS link to featured properties, MLS search, and a client login link to MyAgentOnline, a custom client website to assist in the search for your new property. MyAgentOnLine is a unique tool in that it allows users to save their search criteria and results, while also ignoring homes they have no interest in following. MyAgentOnline updates every 2 hours directly from MLS, and automatically emails the user new properties that match their search criteria, price changes, status changes, etc. Any feedback on the new site is appreciated, and as always, please feel free to contact me anytime for any of your real estate needs.
